At A K B TRADERS, we strive to provide the best quality food products under our brand Adhithan. Since we deal with perishable food items, our policy is as follows:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered to the customer.
2. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it or before the order has been processed for shipping.
- Once the product is packed or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Refunds for Technical Issues or Out-of-Stock
- If a payment is deducted due to a technical error on the website and the order is not confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- In the event that a product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and process a full refund for that item.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. After verification, we will decide on a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and will be credited to the original bank account or payment method used during the purchase.
